The contract between yourself and Meg’s Adventure LLC shall come only into existence when Meg’s Adventure LLC has received full payment and issues confirmation. Any booking made by you shall be deemed as an offer by you to purchase the travel arrangements subject to these booking conditions. The person who makes the booking accepts these conditions on behalf of all members of the party and is responsible for all payment due from the party.
All tours require a deposit equal to 30% of the total cost in order to secure a guide, car, driver/domestic flights and essential supplies.
The remaining 70 percent must be paid in cash/credit card or another bank transfer upon arrival in Ulaanbaatar or one to two days before actual tour date.
Should you need to cancel a reservation?
Up to 7 days prior to the actual tour date we will refund 20 percent of the total cost of your trip.
No refund will be given for less than 7 days prior to the actual tour date.
Whole or partial refunds may be issued on a case-by-case basis (depending on the nature of the tour, the reason for cancellation, and other considerations) for tours cancelled up to the day of the tour as long as Meg’s Adventure LLC is notified in advance.
Meg’s Adventure LLC does not provide any insurance thus will not be held responsible in any way for any accident, illness, loss of personal effects or change in personal circumstances arising at any time during the trip. We strongly advise you to purchase travel insurance for your own piece of mind.
